1. Technical specification and supply scope

Structure description
Film press sizing machine is used for paper web sizing for both sides or for one side sizing & one side coating. The max working speed of the film press sizing machine can be up to 1500m/min. When used for sizing, the sizing weight is  0.5-2g/m2 per side,the solid content of chemical is  6-18%;The sizing machine also can be used for chemical coating, the coating deposit is  3- 12g/m ² per side, Chemical solid content is    30-60%.
The arrangement angle between the two sizing rolls is 40°.
